Using nutritional therapy is a method of supporting the whole body and getting to the root cause of our symptoms. Through a thorough investigation of the bodily systems, you will receive a personalised plan with dietary suggestions on how to support your health.

Who can benefit from Nutritional Therapy?

Anyone looking to benefit their health. Nutritional Therapy is a method of finding the root cause behind what drives disease in the body and by using scientific-based methods of nutrition, it aims to correct underlying imbalances that drive disease. We can achieve this by adjusting dietary intake, use appropriate supplementation and lifestyle support.

Is Nutritional Therapy safe if I’m taking various medications?

Yes. Any advice that I give will be cross checked with your medications to ensure nothing will interact negatively. Nutritional Therapy is a complementary healthcare.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on the person and their situation. I recommend 3 sessions usually. This gives time to implement appropriate changes.

How do I pay?

In person sessions can be paid using card or cash.

Zoom sessions (online) can be paid using Square. A personal link is sent to you where you can use your card to pay safely & securely. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a €40 deposit do secure your booking time & date.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

We enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. You may change the time or date of your appointment 48 hours before your appointment date & time.
